How we ship
Processing: We usually get orders packed and shipped within 2–3 business days
Packaging: Every record goes in a protective mailer with corner guards—no bent corners here
Tracking: You'll get an email with tracking info as soon as it ships
Free shipping: On orders over $50 anywhere in the continental US
Going green: We use eco-friendly packaging and offer carbon-neutral shipping when available
Returns & exchanges
New records: 14 days to return anything unopened and in original condition
Pre-loved records: 7 days, but only if our condition description was way off
Damaged in shipping: Contact us right away with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund
Return shipping: You cover it unless we messed up or it arrived damaged
How we grade pre-loved records
The standards: We use the standard grading system (Mint, Near Mint, Very Good+, etc.)
Separate grades: The record and sleeve get graded separately
Honest notes: We'll tell you about any scuffs, marks, or wear
Play tested: Every pre-loved record gets a listen before we list it
Need to return something?
Just contact us with your order number and let us know what's up. We'll walk you through the process and send a prepaid return label if it's our fault.
